CUSTOMER SERVICE   RETURN POLICY

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your Gold Cat purchase, you may return  your merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order.  We will gladly issue

a credit to your credit card for the amount of your item after we receive your

package.  To return an item, please refer to our policy below.

 

RETURNS

If your return is not due to a Gold Cat error, and you would like to receive a

refund, simply follow the instructions below and ship your package back to us.

 

1.                   Enclose the packing slip in the package with your merchandise.

2.                   Ship the package via an appropriate carrier in the same type of box that it was originally shipped in.

                If you believe Gold Cat has shipped something in error, please call our office at

(toll free) 1-888-545-5533.  When you contact us, please have your packing slip

available.  This will help us quickly and easily process your request.

 

We will send you an email confirmation after we receive your return letting you

know that your return has been processed.  Please return your items in the original

condition that they were shipped.  We are unable to give refunds for partially used

items. 

 

CREDITS

After we have received and processed your return shipment, Gold Cat will credit

your credit card the purchase amount for the item(s).  An email confirmation will be sent to you letting you know that your credit card has been credited.  Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card billing statement.

 

Gold Cat controls and operates this Site from offices within the United States.  The laws of the United States and the State of California govern claims relating to, including the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein.  If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.  If you choose to access this Site from another location, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
